Face to Face Classes

Since January 2010 I have been teaching weekly Exercise Pilates Classes, all thanks to my lovely friend and teacher Hilary Sewter.

I am trying to make exercise functional interesting and enjoyable as well as being reflective of and relative to our lives today. The classes aim to increase our stability, strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination, whilst being more considered and mindful as to how our bodies work

Wherever I can, I will apply the principles of how to move fluently and with ease, whilst hopefully reducing any pains and niggles. I aim to reinforce and explain better movement choices, such as posture, gait and being able to drop our centre of gravity and how we can achieve these.

If you are interested in coming along, there are 3 face to face classes and 4 online classes (see below) to choose from.

Please note that you will need a mat, a towel and/or blanket and wear layers which you can move easily in.  All are welcome.
