JEMS is a clinical approach to injury, rehabilitation and movement.

As a JEMS Practitioner I ask questions and investigate why a body is choosing to do what it does to manage trauma, injury, surgery, chronic and acute physical issues.

With this approach we can devise, facilitate and support the individual on their journey’s to better movement choices; to help reduce pain, to recover and rehabilitate from injury and surgery effectively and efficiently, whilst gaining knowledge and understanding about the ‘why’s and how’s’ the choices their bodies are making.

The JEMS approach under pins all activities from posture and gait, to exercise mediums such as the various types of exercise class, to work related physical issues, to sports participation and performance as well as the injuries and conditions a client may present with.
